What happens to your data
Nothing about you is kept.
Your Strava activities file is read here, in your browser. Only a few summary numbers ever leave it.
That file is the activity history Strava lets you export. This works from the file alone, so it never connects to your Strava or asks you to log in.
To put your running into words, that small set of numbers (totals, monthly distances, a few dates) goes to Anthropic, the AI that writes the prose. Your run names and notes are never read or sent, and your routes and locations aren't in this file at all.
There is no account and no tracking. Once your report is written, nothing about you stays on the server. If you send feedback, only the note you type is saved.
